This property of 45 m2 was located in Northern Sweden. The project was all about getting the most out of a smaller renovation budget. We created and delivered the personalized design concept "Mother Nature" by reducing the color palette and increasing materials, elements and details from the nature. The inviting and peaceful result generated an increase demand at higher rates.
GREENWOOD IN
FULL PACKAGE
This ski cottage of 35m2 was built in the 1980's and has since then been a lower budget rental option for smaller families. We upgraded the design and business model by transforming the space into a complete new concept and mountain experience, niched "for two". Tripling the rental income in the first year as well as increased property value.
DALARNA GETAWAY

This 4-bedroom house was built in the 1920s and located in a small village of Dalarna County, Sweden. The owner requested an inviting and relaxing second home to enjoy as well as sharing it with guests and travelers. We created a new floor plan model where the interior reflected the sense of togetherness and local specialities from around the neighborhood.

DIY PACKAGE
DIY is the ultimate package for people who love to use their own hands. Here, we delivered a new 3D floor plan design for an old log house in Jämtland, new ideas for a roof top in Spain and a new 2D & 3D kitchen design.
